7. Subscriptions

When purchasing a subscription:

  • Subscriptions renew unless cancelled.
  • You may pause, skip, or cancel via your account dashboard.

Important:

  • Changes must be made before the next billing date.
  • Once processed, subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • We may adjust subscription pricing with advance notice.
8. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

Risk passes upon delivery.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety regulations applicable to food supplements:

Supplement Products
  • Opened supplements are not eligible for return, unless faulty or incorrect.
  • Unopened, unused, and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact hello@discpln.com within 14 days of delivery.
We will offer a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

Subscription Orders

Processed subscription payments are non-refundable.
Subscriptions must be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion

This guarantee is offered as a goodwill gesture and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Promotions & Discounts
  • Discount codes are non-transferable.
  • One code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
  • Discount codes have no cash alternative.
