We currently offer delivery to addresses within the UK mainland.

SHIPPING CHARGES
  • Free UK delivery on all subscription orders and on one-off orders over £50
  • FedEx 2Day Delivery: £7.50
DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are:

  • FedEx 2Day Delivery: 1-2 business days

Orders must be placed before 5:00pm (business days) to be eligible for 1-2 day delivery.

All delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier services or external factors beyond our control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

This section sets out our returns and refunds policy in accordance with UK consumer law.

FOOD SUPPLEMENTS & HYGIENE CONSIDERATIONS

Due to hygiene and safety regulations applicable to food supplements:

  • Opened supplement products are not eligible for return, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
  • Unopened, unused, and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact hello@discpln.com within 14 days of delivery.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or a refund, in line with your statutory rights.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
  • Processed subscription payments are non-refundable.

Subscriptions must be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you have purchased directly from Discpln and feel that a product is not right for you, you may request a refund under our Built to Perform Guarantee.

This guarantee:

  • Applies to first-time purchases only
  • Is limited to one product per customer
  • Does not require opened products to be returned
  • Is offered at our discretion as a goodwill gesture

This guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
